Mariotti's initiative will increase the size of existing stainless steel cutting centers located in Pontevico (Brescia) and Gravellona Toce (Verbania) in northern Italy.
All plate cutting and operations on-site, machinery, inventory, existing contracts, and sales orders will be handed over to Mariotti. Outokumpu's coil-cutting center at the same location will operate as usual, while also continuing to sell to distributors and pipe manufacturers.
