He stated that potential projects on many subjects from renewable energy to storage, from nuclear energy to transmission lines were discussed during the meeting.
Minister Bayraktar emphasised that the opportunities for cooperation between the two countries are quite high, and noted that they agreed to mobilise these opportunities.
Bayraktar also held a series of important meetings within the framework of IRENA 15th General Assembly held in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE. During the meetings with UAE Minister of Environment Anna bint Abdullah Al Dahak, Egyptian Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy Mahmoud Esmat, Slovenian Minister of Environment, Climate and Energy Bojan Kumer and Costa Rican Minister of Environment and Energy Franz Tattenbach, detailed contacts were made on global energy transformation and cooperation opportunities.
