The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change announced that the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process has begun for the solar power plant (SPP) project planned by Mescier Iron and Steel Industry and Trade Inc. in the Eşme district of Uşak.
The total investment cost of the project is projected to be 964.85 million TL, with the installation of 52,174 solar panels, each with a capacity of 575 Wp. The construction process of the plant is expected to take approximately 10 months.
The power plant, set to have an installed capacity of 30 MWm when the project is completed, will contribute to the region's energy needs.
Mescier Iron and Steel's investment in renewable energy demonstrates the importance the company attaches to sustainable energy projects.
