MERED and EMSTEEL signed agreement to advance sustainable construction

MERED has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with EMSTEEL Group aimed at advancing sustainable construction solutions.

MERED and EMSTEEL signed agreement to advance sustainable construction

The collaboration establishes a comprehensive framework to strengthen the use of high-strength reinforcing steel across existing and future real estate projects.

The agreement covers the evaluation of advanced steel solutions designed to enhance structural efficiency, their implementation in pilot projects, and the broader adoption of more sustainable construction practices across the industry. In line with MERED’s long-term vision for quality, performance, and responsible development, the parties aim to jointly develop innovative materials and engineering approaches.

The memorandum of understanding was signed during Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week, where EMSTEEL was also awarded the “Diamond Sustainability Label,” the highest level of recognition granted by the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The award reinforced the two companies’ shared commitment to sustainability and innovation.

This collaboration is regarded as a significant step in MERED’s strategy to work with leading industry and technology partners to set new standards in modern real estate development and construction.
