Memorandum of understanding signed between Dhofar Structures and Iron Industries and Yasan Steel Structure

Oman based Dhofar Structures and Iron Industries and Iran’s Yasan Steel Structure Company have signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen cooperation in steel structure projects. The agreement aims to enhance technical knowledge sharing and create new opportunities in regional markets.

Memorandum of understanding signed between Dhofar Structures and Iron Industries and Yasan Steel Structure

Oman based Dhofar Structures and Iron Industries announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Iran’s Yasan Steel Structure Company, covering a new framework for cooperation.

The agreement was signed during an official ceremony by Yasan Steel Structure Company Chairman Mohammed Farsi and Dhofar Structures and Iron Industries Managing Director Mohammed Musallam Suhail Jadad.

Within the scope of the cooperation, the parties aim to carry out joint initiatives in steel structure projects and increase the exchange of technical knowledge and expertise. The agreement is also expected to support operational efficiency and facilitate access to new markets.
