Meiji Steel will increase its prices in April 2024

Meiji Steel, one of Japan's coil producing companies, announced that it will increase its prices for April 2024. The company will increase the sales prices of coated steel sheets and construction materials by 10,000 yen per ton, starting from April deliveries. In addition to the increase in the prices of thin sheet metal, which is the main material, logistics costs will also be reflected in the prices. Target products are electro-galvanized steel sheets, hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, hot-dip galvanized steel sheets with high resistance to corrosion, light profiles.
