Mega Metal to build a USD 34 million production facility in the US

Mega Metal announced that it will build a new production facility in the United States as part of its growth strategy in North America.

Mega Metal Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. announced that it will realize its new production facility investment in the United States of America in Fairmuth County, South Carolina.

According to a statement released by the company, an agreement has been reached with the state government regarding the land and building allocation of the facility. Production is expected to start in the last quarter of 2025.

The facility, which will have an investment cost of approximately USD 34 million, will operate on an area of 8,500 square meters with an annual production capacity of 24,000 tons in the first phase. The facility is planned to employ 135 people.

“This investment will strengthen our presence in the North American market and will also make a strategic contribution to the supply chain in the region,” Mega Metal announced.
