Rio Tinto CEO'su, küresel demir cevheri arzındaki kıtlığın devam edeceğini söyledi.

Rio Tinto'nun yeni CEO'su Jakob Stausholm, 2021'de demir cevheri için devam eden talebin, özellikle Brezilya'dan gelen küresel arz kısıtlamaları sürdüğü için madenciye fayda sağlayacağını söyledi. 

Maden şirketi, 2019'daki 326,7 milyon tona kıyasla 2020 yılında 333,4 milyon ton demir cevheri ürünü üretti.

Çin, 19 Şubat'21'de 10 yılın en yüksek seviyesi olan 174 $ / ton ile el değiştiriyor. Kalan arz endişeleri, CNY tatillerinin ardından talebin geri dönme umudu ve vadeli işlem fiyatlarındaki artış, % 62'ye teslim edilen cezalardan kaynaklanıyor.
