Dr. Salam emphasized the importance of strategic partnerships in transferring global expertise, particularly advanced technologies, to Africa's developing recycling ecosystem. Both sides expressed their commitment to exploring the possibility of structured cooperation. RAA management noted that such partnerships would not only support capacity building but also advance the vision of sustainable resource management in Africa.
