Kocaer builds a future guiding youth to mastery

The program not only provides youth with professional skills but also aims to boost their self-confidence, strengthen their personal development, and prepare them to enter the workforce as capable individuals.

The project also contributes to strengthening female employment in the industry by specifically encouraging the participation of female students. Participants are supported not only in technical training but also in occupational health and safety, environmental awareness, communication, conflict management, problem-solving, drama, and personal development. Coaches accompany the students at every step, helping them realize their full potential.
