According to the decision taken by the CMB, the 105 million TL shares created during the increase of the current 350 million TL capital of Koç Metalurji, which has been in the sector for 31 years, to 455 million TL, and the Group B shares with a nominal value of 20 million TL owned by the current partner Adil Koç. A total of 125 million TL of shares will be offered to the public. Shares with a nominal value of 1 TL will be offered for sale at a fixed price of 20.50 TL.
