Koç Metalurji A.Ş. temporarily suspended production activities at its Osmaniye facility

Koç Metalurji A.Ş. announced that it will temporarily suspend production at its steelmaking plant in Osmaniye between 26 January and 9 February 2026 as part of planned maintenance and improvement works.

In a statement submitted to the Public Disclosure Platform (PDP), the company announced that a temporary production shutdown of approximately 15 days is planned at the production line of its Osmaniye steelmaking facility between 26 January 2026 and 9 February 2026, as part of scheduled maintenance and efficiency improvement works.

The statement noted that the shutdown will be carried out within the scope of maintenance and productivity-enhancing improvements aimed at ensuring the continuity of production operations. It was emphasized that the planned production stoppage is not expected to have a material impact on the company’s operations or financial statements.

Following the completion of the maintenance and improvement works, production activities are expected to resume as scheduled.
