Board of Directors change at Koç Metalurji

In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on July 1, 2024, Koç Metalurji reported changes in the company’s senior management and board membership. The statement mentioned that the resignations of Mahmut Nedim KOÇ and Özgür NAL from the board of directors had been accepted, and in their place, Ramazan AKTAŞ and İbrahim ÇAKIR were appointed as independent board members. Additionally, it was stated that Adil KOÇ, the vice chairman of the board, was appointed as the chairman of the board, and Mehmet KOÇ, a board member, was appointed as the vice chairman of the board.

Koç Metalurji's official statement included the following:

"With the decision of our Board of Directors dated 01.07.2024:

1. The resignations of Mahmut Nedim KOÇ and Özgür NAL from the Board of Directors on 01.07.2024 have been accepted,

2. To fill the vacant Board of Director positions and to be presented for approval at the first General Assembly meeting, Ramazan AKTAŞ and İbrahim ÇAKIR have been appointed as Independent Board Members,

3. Adil KOÇ, who has been serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board, and Mehmet KOÇ, who has been serving as a Board Member, has been appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Board.
