KGD Graphite & Metal signed an agreement with German company K+S

KGD Graphite & Metal, which has been operating in the ferrous and non-ferrous metals sector for many years, became the Turkish distributor of K+S, a globally leading potassium chloride producer.

According to the agreement made with the German manufacturer, KGD will sell industrial type potassium chloride to the Turkish aluminum sector under the leadership of K+S quality and assurance.

KGD Graphite & Metal has expanded its product range by undertaking the Turkish distributorship of K+S, which, unlike its competitors, guarantees the most suitable product for the aluminum recycling process. KGD will deliver quality and reliable products to its customers in the Turkish market as soon as possible with the support of K+S brand.

Commenting on the cooperation with K+S company, KGD Graphite & Metal General Manager Gamze Karasu said, "Potassium chloride is a raw material that is in every aspect of our lives, especially in agriculture. It has attracted the attention of the metallurgy world with its ability to increase efficiency in the aluminum recycling process. Potassium chloride, which has an important place in the aluminum sector, especially for recyclers, is one of the main raw materials of the mixture used to minimize metal loss when melting scrap aluminum and slag. With K + S brand potassium chloride, we produce Flux under the KGD casting chemicals product group."
