Kardemir lowers its rebar prices

Kardemir updated its rebar prices on August 27, 2025. The mill reduced its prices by $9/ton, setting the new level at $547/ton (₺26,946 including VAT).

Rebar sales, which opened in the morning, were closed by noon. Kardemir’s sales list included the following major purchases:

• Ali Cangül: 10,000 tons

• Albayrak: 2,000 tons

• Özmetal: 2,000 tons

• Dofer: 1,500 tons

• Uğurlu: 1,000 tons

• Yıldırımer: 1,000 tons

• Akyüz: 1,000 tons

• Mizan: 750 tons

• Hayrettin Aydın: 500 tons

• RC DÇ: 500 tons

• Doğuş: 500 tons

• Anadolu: 500 tons

The total sales volume amounted to 21,250 tons.
