According to the statement, within the scope of its sales procedure, Kardemir planned to allocate 30% of its products to contracted sales and 70% to free sales.Accordingly, total sales of 194,000 tons are projected for billets, of which 58,200 tons will be sold under contracted sales and 135,800 tons through free sales.
For ribbed reinforcing steel, total sales volume has been set at 156,000 tons, with 46,800 tons allocated to contracted sales and 109,200 tons to free sales.In the wire rod–bar product group, total planned sales amount to 134,000 tons, comprising 40,200 tons under contracted sales and 93,800 tons under free sales.
For profile products, total sales volume has been determined as 101,000 tons, of which 30,300 tons will be sold on a contracted basis and 70,700 tons through free sales.
The company also stated that shareholder customers wishing to place orders must apply to the Kardemir Sales Directorate by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 31 December 2025, submitting a list that includes the company name or personal details, the shares they hold, and the quantity of products they are entitled to purchase.
