JTL Industries has received an order for 3000 tons of pipes under the Jal Jeevan Mission

JTL Industries, one of India's largest steel pipe manufacturers, announced on Wednesday that they have received an order to supply 3.000 metric tons (MT) of pipes under the Indian government's Jal Jeevan Mission. The company stated that the order was placed by the Jammu Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department.

The Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), which aims to provide tap water connections to every rural household, is the flagship program of the Indian government. In the 2025-26 Union Budget, the budget allocated for JJM was set at 67.000 crore rupees (USD 6.7 billion), which represents a significant increase compared to the revised estimate of 22.694 crore rupees (USD 2.2 billion) for 2024-25. The government has also decided to expand the scope of the program.

JTL Industries stated that the expansion of the Jal Jeevan Mission presents significant opportunities, and based on the company’s long-established history with the government as a trusted supplier, they are well-positioned to support the next phase.

JTL Industries is a leading steel pipe manufacturing company specializing in the production of ERW black pipes, pre-galvanized and galvanized steel pipes, large-diameter pipes, and hollow structures.
