İzmir Demir Çelik'in KAP'a yaptığı açıklama aşağıda verilmiştir:

15.12.2020 tarihinde İZMİR DEMİR ÇELİK SANAYİ A.Ş. payları ile ilgili olarak 12,63-13,30 TL fiyat aralığından 1.680.000 TL toplam nominal tutarlı satış işlemi tarafımca gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu işlemle birlikte İZMİR DEMİR ÇELİK SANAYİ A.Ş. sermayesindeki paylarım 15.12.2020 tarihi itibariyle %. 2,60 oranına düşmüştür. Selim ŞAHİN
