The company entered Borsa Istanbul by offering its shares with a nominal value of TL 138,120,000 to the public. The price of IZENR shares was set at 19.00 TL.
According to the results of the public offering of İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. (IZENR), the market capitalization of the company amounted to TL 2.6 billion. The company offered 115,100,000 shares to the public and distributed 23,020,000 more shares to investors with additional sales. IZENR shares started to be traded on the "Stars Market" on Borsa Istanbul.
In the statement made by Borsa Istanbul on KAP regarding the public offering of IZENR, the following statements were made:
"The public offering of the shares of İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. (the Company) with a nominal value of TL 138,120,000 has been completed and the shares with a nominal value of TL 575,000,000 representing the capital of the Company have been listed within the framework of Article 8 of the Listing Directive. The publicly offered shares of the Company will start to be traded on the Stars Market on August 16, 2023 with a base price of TL 19/share, "IZENR.E" code and continuous trading method. The maximum order value has been set as 1.000.000 TL in the relevant order."
