Izdemir Energy's public offering date has been announced

In the notification made by Izmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. (IZMDC) to the Public Disclosure Platform on 4 August 2023, a statement was made regarding the approval of the Public Offering Application of the Subsidiary Izdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. by the Capital Markets Board.

In the statement made by the company, it was announced in the Capital Markets Board Bulletin dated 03.08.2023 and numbered 2023/45 that the application made to the Capital Markets Board on 14.04.2023 in accordance with the Capital Markets Board regulations for the public offering of İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., a subsidiary of our company with a rate of 85.44%, was approved. Following the determination of the public offering date, the public will be informed separately," the statement said.

Izdemir will be offered to the public on 8-9-10 August 2023

At the end of the same day, it was announced that İzdemir Enerji, whose IPO date was announced at the end of the same day, is among the companies approved by the Capital Markets Board and will be offered to the public on 8-9-10 August 2023 with the code #IZENR.

It was reported that the ratio of shares with a nominal value of TL 115,100,000 to be offered to the public through capital increase and shareholder sales will be 20.02% of the issued capital, which will reach TL 575,000,000 after the public offering.
