İsdemir announced to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that no cash dividends will be distributed.
In its following statements made to KAP:
"According to the financial statements prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law (VUK), the activities of our company for the year 2022 are 13.445.461.872 TL, and according to the solo financial statements prepared according to the provisions of the Capital Markets Board (CMB) II-14.1 numbered communiqué, 6.726.197.121 TL for the net period resulted in profit.
With the decision of our company's Board of Directors;
- Due to the fact that our company is in the investment period, cash dividends are not distributed in order to maintain a healthy cash flow,
- Pursuant to Article 519 of the TCC and the provisions of the CMB, as a result of reaching the 20% of the paid-in capital limit, 5% of the general legal reserves are not allocated over the net profit for the year 2022 prepared in accordance with the provisions of the TPL,
- Allocating undistributed net profits for 2022 as extraordinary reserves,
It has been decided to submit the issues to the General Assembly for approval at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company to be held on March 31, 2023."
