Iron prices announced at steel mills

While the decline in rebar prices continues, there is movement in the Payas region. The explosion in the Aba iron and steel factory and the factory's inability to work for at least two weeks led the market to different supply sources.

While prices of 635$ in Istanbul and 630$ in İzmir continue, producer prices in Payas vary between 635-640$. While the traded prices varied between 13.800-13.900 TL according to the regions, the producers of the payas region reported prices at the level of 14.000 TL.
