India has decided to impose an anti-dumping (AD) duty on stainless steel seamless pipes originating in or exported from China for a period of five years from the date of official publication.
Under India's 7304 tariffs, the AD tax rate applied to the products subject to this case ranges from $114/tonne to $3,801/tonne.
