İkinci El Konut Piyasası Hareketlenecek

Büyükşehirlerdeki konut alımlarında 1 Ocak 2013 tarihinden itibaren geçerli olan yeni KDV uygulamasının ikinci el konut piyasasını hareketlendireceği belirtildi.

İkinci El Konut Piyasası Hareketlenecek

İzmir Emlak Komisyoncuları Odası Başkanı Mesut Güleroğlu, yeni KDV uygulamasının ikinci el konut piyasasını hareketlendireceğini söyledi.

Konutta bugüne kadar 150 metrekarenin altında olan binalarda yüzde 1, 150 metrekarenin üzerinde olan konutlarda yüzde 18 KDV uygulamasının olduğunu hatırlatan Güleroğlu, yeni uygulama ile 1+1 dairelerin de lüks kapsamına girebildiğini ifade etti.

İkinci el konutların fiyatlarında artış beklediklerini de kaydeden Güleroğlu, ikinci el konut almak isteyen yatırımcıların acele etmesi gerektiğini söyledi.
