Nationwide Chief Economist Robert Gardner, whose evaluations were included in the statement, reminded that the annual increase in housing prices in the previous month (August) was 11 percent, and noted that there was a small slowdown in the price increase in September. According to Nationwide data, housing prices in the country have increased by 13 percent as of September 2021 compared to the beginning of 2020. The desire of people who can work from their homes during the epidemic period to live in larger houses with their families, is the reason why the British government provides during the epidemic. Factors such as temporary tax exemption also strengthened the demand for the housing sector.
