Vietnam's leading steelmaker Hoa Phat increased its HRC prices sharply today by $95-98/ton monthly for April and early May'22 shipments.
Offers for HRC (SAE 1006, skinpass) are at $828-832/ton CIF basis.
Prices rose as major exporting countries such as India, Japan and China started to increase their HRC offers since the beginning of January.
Formosa Ha Tinh increased prices by $90-95/ton on February 15th.
