Russia's Evraz in South Africa's Highveld Steel and Vanadium Corp plans to reveal its bid results soon. The creditors committee considered three binding bids to buy the company's offer, and the winning bid is expected in the near future. Highveld Steel and Vanadium Corp stopped production in July, cut 50% of workers, and has a debt of over $86 million.
