Welded pipe imports of Türkiye increased by 2.2% in February

SteelRadar compiled data from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) and reported that Türkiye's welded pipe imports in February 2024 increased by 2.2% compared to the same month of the previous year, rising from 7,203 tons to 7,358 tons.

This amount decreased by 5.6% compared to the previous month, January.

Total welded pipe imports in the January-February period increased by 15.8% on a yearly basis, rising from 13,091 tons to 15,156 tons.

Italy was the leading importing country for Türkiye's welded pipe imports in February with 2,278.2 tons, followed by China with 2,220.4 tons and Austria with 546 tons.
