Vietnam Steel Association (VSA) reported that steel production in October was 2.04 million tons, down 16 percent month on month and 28 percent year on year.
In the January-September period, the import volume of finished steel products decreased by 8% to 8.93 million tons, while the export volume decreased by 34 percent to 6.46 million tons.
