The project is being implemented jointly with the Chinese company Shandong Aipurui Steel Plate and includes three stages. The total cost of the project exceeds $120 million, and its implementation will create 500 new jobs.
The first stage of the plant is planned to be commissioned in the first quarter of 2025. Khokim of the Fergana region Khairullo Bazarov emphasized that the project is the result of strong cooperation with Chinese businessmen.
After the launch of the plant, the products will not only meet the domestic needs of Uzbekistan, but also be exported to the foreign market.
