US structural pipe exports fell in April

In April 2023, US structural pipe exports fell to about 10,300 tons, down by 3.5% from March and 19% from April 2022.

Exports to Canada accounted for the largest share

Exports to Canada were around 6,400 tons, to Mexico around 3,500 tons and to other destinations below 1,000 tons.

Export value down by 3% m-o-m

In this period, the value of exports decreased by 3% on a monthly basis and 25.7% on an annual basis to approximately US$ 19 million.
