US hot-dip galvanized (HDG) and cold rolled coil (CRC) prices have fallen to their lowest levels since February.
US HDG offers have a wide range, with potential offers ranging from as low as $1,000/st to as high as $1,250/st. Some producers are still aiming to maintain the $200/st gap with HRC prices.
US CRC prices are also in a wide range, with levels between $1,020-1,280/st reported last week and more stable levels between $1,180-1,280/st.
According to sources, lower offers have been consistently around $1,100/st for large cargoes, while smaller HDG offers have ranged between $1,160-1,180/st.
