US exports of HRC increased

In March of this year, US exports of hot rolled coil were about 73,300 tons, down by 4% from the previous month and increased by 9% from the same month a year earlier.

Exports to Mexico were about 55,000 tons, to Canada about 18,500 tons and to other countries less than 1,000 tons.

The value of exports during this period amounted to approximately US$ 69 million, down by 1% on a monthly basis and increased by 9.4% on an annual basis.
