US exports of HDG decreased on a monthly and annual basis

In April 2023, U.S. exports of HDG amounted to 109,200 tons, down by 10.7% from March and 4.6% from April 2022.

Exports to Canada ranked first

Exports to Canada totaled around 59,700 tons, to Mexico around 48,900 tons and to other destinations around 1,000 tons during the period.

Export value decreased by 8% m/m

In this period, the value of exports decreased by 8% on a monthly basis and by 10.6% on an annual basis to approximately 148 million USD.
