US announces preliminary results of Turkish hot rolled steel import investigation

The US Department of Commerce has announced the preliminary results of an investigation into certain categories of hot rolled steel imports from Turkey between October 2020 and September 2021.
The ministry said that Habaş, the only company under investigation, did not sell these products in the US at artificially low prices during the period. As a result, the antidumping margin for it was set to zero.
