USA made preliminary Anti-Dumping decision for UK's cold rolled steel.
The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has released the preliminary result of its anti-dumping (AD) administrative review and found that Liberty Performance Steels, the only British producer subject to this investigation, is selling cold rolled steel flats at lower than normal prices. In the review period from September 1, 2019 to August 31, 2020, prices were calculated as lower than normal value.
According to the resolution, the weighted average dumping margin for Liberty Performance Steels has been set at 8.65%, which, if finalized, will be lower than the final dumping margin of 21.71 percent in October 2019.
