Properties located in 56 provinces including Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, and Mersin will be available for purchase with a 25% down payment and 24 month installment options. A 20% discount will be applied for full upfront payments.
On the first day of the auction, properties in 28 provinces including Istanbul, Izmir, Antalya, Gaziantep, and Elazig will be on sale. On the second day, properties in other provinces such as Ankara, Muğla, Kayseri, Van, and Şırnak will be auctioned.
