A Ukrainian steel giant signed an agreement to export 10,000 tons of HRC to Turkey. The deal was concluded at around $870/ton CFR basis for October'21 shipments.. Also, according to the customs data provided, Ukraine's HRC/plate export volume to Turkey was 0.65 million tons (mn tons) in H1CY'21, while it was 0.34 million tons in CPLY.
