Ukraine's crude steel output drops over

Ukraine's crude steel production fell by 52.8% to 4.24 mnt in Jan-May 2022 data from the Ukrainian Steel Manufacturers Association shows. Pig iron production fell by 53.3% in the first five months of 2022 to 4.15 mnt. Total finished steel production fell 52.7% on the year to 3.79 mnt. ArcelorMittal's Ukrainian mill maintained production at around 20% of normal as of end-May.
