Ukraine launched an anti-dumping investigation into imports of steel pipes of Turkish origin

According to information obtained from the Trade Counsellor’s Office in Kyiv, a notice published in the Ukrainian Official Gazette dated 29 January 2026 announced that Ukraine has initiated an anti-dumping investigation into imports of steel pipes originating from Türkiye.

The products covered by the investigation consist of welded and non-galvanized (black) steel pipes classified under the following customs tariff codes in the Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity (UKT ZED): 7306 30 49 90, 7306 30 77 90, 7306 30 80 90, 7306 30 12 00, 7306 61 92 00, and 7306 61 99 00.

The investigation will be conducted by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine. Parties wishing to participate in the investigation must register within 30 calendar days, while all registered parties will be required to submit their written comments within 60 calendar days.

Authorities stated that, following the completion of the investigation, possible anti-dumping measures on imports of steel pipes originating from Türkiye will be decided based on the findings obtained during the process.
