Ukraine imposes anti-dumping duties on China’s coated steel

The Interdepartmental Commission for International Trade (ICIT) of Ukraine finally decided to impose anti-dumping (AD) duties on imports of coated flat-rolled carbon steel originating in China, with a duty rate of 30.7-48.14% of the customs value, valid for a period of five years.

This anti-dumping investigation was launched based on a complaint filed by the Ukrainian producers Module-Ukraine and Heavy Metal in December 2020. The two companies totally accounted for 50% of domestic rolled steel production in Ukraine
