Speaking at the AgroGreen Bursa Agriculture Fair, Canbeyli stated that the Turkish tractor industry has transitioned to Phase 5 engines that comply with European Union emission levels,He stated that TürkTraktör is the leader in this field. He specifically mentioned that the new Phase 5 version of the Case IH JXB series, designed for horticulture, has been introduced to farmers.
Canbeyli stated that one out of every two tractors sold in Türkiye belongs to TürkTraktör, emphasizing that the company alone accounts for 71% of the country’s tractor exports. He noted that more than 80% of these exports are directed to the European Union and U.S. markets, adding that the tractors sold in Türkiye feature the same technology as those sold in Europe.
Canbeyli stated that the market contracted by 27% in 2024 due to adverse weather conditions and economic slowdown, expressing hope that production will recover this year with the timely onset of rainfall.
