Türkiye's wire rod exports up 29.6% in January-November period

According to data collected by SteelRadar from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), Türkiye's wire rod exports in November 2024 decreased by 71.2% y-o-y to 26,514 tons from 91,944 tons in the same month of the previous year. It decreased by 13.8% compared to October, the previous month.

Total wire rod exports in the January-November period increased by 29.6% from 612,192 tons to 793,611 tons.

Australia, Saudi Arabia and Albania ranked in the top three in Türkiye's wire rod exports in the said month. Australia, which ranked first in Türkiye's wire rod exports in November, exported 7,841 tons, followed by Saudi Arabia with 7,165 tons and Albania with 2,966 tons.
