Türkiye's wire rod exports decreased by 20.8% in January

According to data compiled by SteelRadar from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), Türkiye's wire rod exports in January 2025 decreased by 20.8% y-o-y to 54,697 tons from 69,054 tons. Compared to the previous month of December, it decreased by 98.9%.

Australia, Hong Kong and Albania ranked in the top 3 in Türkiye's wire rod exports in the said month. In January, 7,412 tons were exported to Australia, which ranked first in Türkiye's wire rod exports, followed by Hong Kong with 2,494 tons and Albania with 2,303 tons.
