Türkiye's seamless pipe exports increase in September

Türkiye's seamless pipe exports increased compared to the same period last year, but decreased compared to the previous month.

According to data compiled by SteelRadar analysts from the Turkish Statistical Institute ( TUIK), Türkiye's seamless pipe exports increased by 6.08% y-o-y from 1,943 tons in September 2022 to 2,061 tons in the same period of this year. It decreased by 24.08% compared to the previous month.

When we look at the total export figures for the 9-month period of 2022, seamless pipe exports, which was 18,724 tons last year, increased by 39.57% to 26,147 tons in the same period of this year.

In 2023, the highest export figure was recorded in January with 6,182 tons, while the lowest export was observed in May with 1,871 tons. Last year, the highest exports were recorded in May with 2,766 tons and the lowest in August with 1,642 tons. According to this data, which reflects the latest changes in Türkiye's seamless pipe exports, export figures show fluctuations throughout the year.
