Türkiye's rebar exports up 1.2% in January-September

According to datacompiledby SteelRadar from theTurkish Statistical Institute (TUIK ), Türkiye's rebar exports decreased by 16.9% y-o-y in September 2024 to 337,865 tons from 406,251 tons in the same month of the previous year. Compared to the previous month, August, it increased by 10.7%.

Total rebar exports for the January-September period increased by 1.2% y-o-y from 2,518,479 tons to 2,548,675 tons.

The country to which Türkiye exported the most rebar in September was the State of Palestine with 73,997 tons, followed by Yemen with 44,796 tons, Albania with 29,390 tons, Kosovo with 27,239 tons and Ethiopia with 25,310 tons.
