Türkiye's rebar exports increased by 18.4% in February

According to data compiled by SteelRadar from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), Türkiye's rebar exports in February increased by 18.4% y/y from 298,390 tons to 353,207 tons. Compared to the previous month, January, it decreased by 14.9%.

Total rebar exports for the January-February period increased by 35.7% from 566,239 tons to 768,213 tons.

During the month in quesiton, Yemen, Albania and Romania ranked in the top 3 in Türkiye's rebar exports. Rebar exports to Yemen amounted to 54,339 tons, followed by Albania with 33,085 tons, Romania with 25,842 tons, Belgium with 24,533 tons and Northern Cyprus with 17,034 tons.
