SteelRadar analysts, based on preliminary foreign trade data compiled from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) and the Undersecretariat of Customs, reported that Türkiye’s iron and steel export value in November increased by 12% as yearly to USD 810.99 million.
In the same month, iron and steel exports ranked seventh among the products with the highest export value in the country.
In the January–November period of this year, iron and steel export value increased by 6% as yearly to USD 9.77 billion.
In the same month, exports of articles of iron or steel ranked eighth among the products with the highest export value in the country.
In November, the export value of articles of iron or steel decreased by 1.70% compared to the same month of the previous year, amounting to USD 808.99 million. In the eleven-month period of the year, this figure declined by 1.83% as yearly to USD 8.82 billion.
