Türkiye's HRC imports decreased by 10.1% in February

According to data compiled by SteelRadar from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), Türkiye's HRC imports in February decreased by 10.1% y/y to 226,692 tons from 252,44 tons in the same month of the previous year. It decreased by 46.7% compared to the previous month, January.

Total HRC imports in January-February period decreased by 2.4% from 668 thousand 30 tons to 652 thousand 317 tons.

During the month in question, South Korea, Russia and Germany ranked in the top 3 in Türkiye's HRC imports. HRC imports from South Korea amounted to 10,483 tons, followed by Russia with 7,895 tons and Germany with 7,461 tons.
