Türkiye's ferroalloy imports increased by 31% in February

According to data compiled by SteelRadar from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), Türkiye's February 2025 ferroalloy imports increased by 31% compared to the same month of the previous year, rising from 35,83 tons to 45,950 tons. Compared to the previous month, January, it increased by 63.4%.

Total ferroalloy imports in the January-February period increased by 0.8% from 73,510 tons to 74,76 tons.

During the month in question, India, Norway and Iran ranked in the top 3 in Türkiye's ferroalloy imports. Ferroalloy imports from India amounted to 9,234 tons, followed by Norway with 5,206 tons and Iran with 5,109 tons.
